Congratulations to our local students who now have the freedom of the road.
We are delighted that the following learner drivers, who are all from the Dawlish area have now completed the learner syllabus and are now proud owners of full driving licences.
Congratulations to Isla Kinsey-Cameron of Dawlish who passed her practical driving test at the Exeter Test Centre on the 1st of November with only 5 minor faults.
Isla overcame her nerves for a lovely drive. Isla has a car at home which she just has to get insured before she can get on the road.
She’s looking forward to having some independence and giving her friends lifts. Have fun and stay safe.

Congratulations to Sammie Hardy of Dawlish who passed her practical driving test on the 20th of November at the Exeter Test Centre.
Sammie overcame her nerves for a lovely drive. She’s really excited as she can now go car shopping at the weekend.
She’ll then be able to take her friends out and have some freedom.

Well done to Thomas Easter from Dawlish for passing his practical driving test on his second attempt with only 3 minor errors.
Thomas said passing his test will make a big difference to his everyday routine. He doesn’t have to rely to his Mum every time for a lift or chase trains and buses, he can now drive his Renault Clio back and forth from home to Torquay Grammar School where he is currently studying.

Congratulations to Georgia Seabridge from Dawlish who passed her practical driving test on the 17th of December at the Newton Abbot Test Centre 1st time with only 6 faults.
Georgia’s hoping for a car for Christmas now she’s passed. She was one of the pupils who joined us on the BLR.

Congratulations to Tom Cottrell from Dawlish who passed his practical driving test 1st time on the 31st of January.
Tom hasn’t got a car yet so will still have to ride his bike to College for the time being.

Well done to Nicola Cottrell from Dawlish who passed her practical driving test on the 4th of March at her 1st attempt.
Nicola hopes to get a car eventually but will be sharing her Mum’s to start with. It will be nice for Nicola to get out and about and maybe help with the shopping.

An enormous congratulations to Rachel Davidson from Dawlish who on the 12th of July passed her automatic practical driving test at Newton Abbot Driving Test Centre with only 3 minor driving faults.
Rachel did a brilliant job controlling those nerves and took her time also kept her eyes moving and did what was required to pass.
Rachel told her instructor Guy Parfitt “this is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, now I can take my daughter out and do the food shop…”
