Congratulations to our local students who now have the freedom of the road.
We are delighted that the following learner drivers, who are all from the Newton Abbot area have now completed the learner syllabus and are now proud owners of full driving licences.
Congratulations to Euan Trower of Newton Abbot who passed his practical driving test 1st time on the 28th of March with only 2 minor faults.
Euan’s already got his own car so once he’s sorted the insurance out he’ll be off for a drive.
He’s looking forward to the freedom that driving will give him especially as he lives in a village and has had to rely on his parents to take him everywhere.
Best wishes from your driving instructor Claire Hancock and all the team here at Williams Driving School.
“I chose Williams Driving School because of the good reviews I had seen and because of how quick they are able to get people through their tests! It was also important I had an instructor who’d be calm and easy to listen to.
I found learning to drive to be easier than expected and it didn’t take as long as I thought it would.
My driving instructor Greg Braund had great teaching methods! Greg was mainly very calm throughout my lessons.
I will be recommending the school to others because Greg’s teaching methods were simple and anyone could learn from them!”
Congratulations to Kaylee Black of Newton Abbot who passed her practical driving test 1st time on the 9th of April at the Newton Abbot Driving Test Centre.
Kaylee managed to control her nerves and produce a lovely drive. She’s looking forward to getting a car over the next couple of weeks.
It came at a great time for Kaylee as she’s due to have a baby in a few weeks and having her licence will make life easier with a baby.
Best wishes from your driving instructor Claire Hancock and all the team here at Williams Driving School.

A big well done to Shannon-Jade Duignan from Ipplepen, near Newton Abbot who passed her practical driving test on the 10th of May 1st time with just 6 minor driving faults.
Passing will make a big difference to Shannon as she lives in a small village out of town and the bus service is not great.
Shannon is looking forward to enjoying her days off as she’ll be able to go further afield.
Also not having to rely on lifts late at night when she’s finished work.
Best wishes and safe driving from your driving instructor Anna Wood and the rest of the team here at Williams Driving School in Newton Abbot.
