Congratulations to our local students who now have the freedom of the road.

We are delighted that the following learner drivers, who are all from the Teignmouth area have now completed the learner syllabus and are now proud owners of full driving licences.

Congratulations to Dave Reynolds from Teignmouth who passed his practical driving test on the 21st of December on his 1st attempt with only 4 driving faults.

David was really happy that after a few days of intensive driving lessons he managed to pass first time with flying colours. He will now be able to drive his classic 1984 VW Scirrocco and also drive around on his own without relying on his wife to accompany him.

Best wishes and safe driving from your driving instructor Rodel Santos and the rest of the team here at Williams Driving School.

“The main thing I was looking for from my lessons was for a driving instructor to have patience and be understanding due to my anxiety issues. It was also important they would be punctual.

Having started with manual lessons I found difficulty with the gears so then moved to automatic, which was much easier.

I had two driving instructors with Williams Driving School due to swapping over to auto after manual. My manual instructor Claire Hancock was fantastic and understanding. My auto instructor was Guy and he was very easy to get along with, a diamond!!!

I will be recommending the school to others as they are reliable and never late for a lesson!!”

Jason Dodd, Teignmouth

“Key factors for me when choosing a driving school/instructor were for reassurance, support, understanding, calmness, with clear methods.

Ian was my third driving instructor and he finally gave me the confidence and boost I needed. Ian had very helpful teaching methods and was happy to adapt to try alternative methods if necessary.

I would 10,000 % recommend the school to others as Ian has so much passion and shares the same end goal. My overall experience went very smoothly.”

Well done to Matt Williams from Teignmouth who passed his practical driving test on December 19th with only 4 minor driving faults.

Matt was very happy he passed as he works in Plymouth and rides a bike at the moment.

He can’t wait to get a car and stay warm and dry. He’s also looking forward to taking his little one out on day trips.

Best wishes from Driving instructor Claire Hancock and the whole team at Williams Driving School.

Congratulations to Charlie Bassant of Teignmouth who passed his practical driving test on the 15th of March at the Newton Abbot Driving test Centre.

Charlie controlled his nerves and passed with only a few minor faults.

It now means that his Dad will have to buy him a car!!

Having a licence will now make life much easier for work.

Best wishes from your driving instructor Claire Hancock and all the team here at Williams Driving School.

A big WELL DONE to Leah Randall from Bishopsteignton, Teignmouth who passed her practical driving test at the Newton Abbot Driving Test Centre on the 12th of April with just 3 minor driving faults.

Leah had been very unlucky with her driving test as she had her first two tests were cancelled due to snow!

Having a licence will make life a lot easier as she  has just started an apprenticeship in Exeter. She already has her own little Corsa and can’t wait to drive it!

Best wishes from Williams Driving School Teignmouth based driving instructor Kate Masters and the rest of the team here at Williams Driving School.
