Congratulations to our local students who now have the freedom of the road.
We are delighted that the following learner drivers, who are all from the Torquay area have now completed the learner syllabus and are now proud owners of full driving licences.
A huge congratulations to Cherry Cuenca from Torquay who on the 2nd of November passed her automatic practical driving test at Newton Abbot Driving Test Centre with only 6 minor driving faults.
Cherry did a fantastic job controlling those nerves and kept her eyes moving and did what was required to pass.
Cherry told her instructor Guy Parfitt “this is going to help big time with school runs and my job..”

Well done to Christina Untalan of Torquay who passed her practical driving test on the 12th of November with only 4 minor faults.
Christina was very nervous at the start but was able to sail through with confidence in the end, just like how she has been practicing in her lessons.
She said driving will be a big beneficial skill that will surely help her almost everyday for the rest of her life.

A massive congratulations to Fabio Ruiz-Marulanda from Torquay who on the 14th of November passed his automatic practical driving test at Newton Abbot Driving Test Centre with only 3 minor driving faults.
Fabio did a brilliant job controlling those nerves and kept his eyes moving and did what was required to pass.

Congratulations to Alice Barrett from Torquay who passed her practical driving test on the 16th of November.
Alice completed a 20 hour intensive course to pass 1st time with just 4 very minor driving faults.
Alice is a manager of a residential home in Cary Park Torquay so having a driving licence will help her make home visits.

A huge well done to Josh Adamson of Torquay who passed his practical driving test at the 1st attempt on the 20th of November at the Newton Abbot Test Centre.
Josh drove extremely well to achieve his pass with only a handful of minor faults.

Congratulations to Manuel Noche of Torquay who passed his practical driving test on November 21st on his 1st attempt with only 4 minor driving faults.
Manny was very focused, making sure that he was always checking mirrors and applying all the planning and awareness he had been practicing and he achieved the result that he was looking for.
From now on he can drive around his car and be able to take his wife for a weekend holiday drive to a have a break from Torbay Hospital where they are both presently working.
